Eligibility

• Natural Gas: Commercial (non-residential) account, or aggregated accounts, using more than 40,000 annual therms/CCFs which approximates a total annual gas bill of more than $70,000.
• Electricity: Commercial (non-residential) account using more than 600,000 annual kilo-watt hours which approximates a total annual electricity bill of more than $70,000.
